Tagging sequences and store as bookmarks - Riverstream - 2014-01-09

Hi

I'm totally new to XBMC.

I would like to store gamefootage and tag sequences with player names, type of situation etc etc.

I then like to search for specific players, situations etc and have a playlist created based on my search.

Is this possible with this system?

Would anyone be interested in developing an add-one if possible?

You can make custom video library tags (wiki) to tag video with. These tags can also be used with smart playlists (wiki).

By manually creating NFO file (wiki) you can get your video files into the database, include a description and even actors (players?)

Great. I think I understand what you mean.

And how do I tell XBMC to play a specific movie FROM and TO a certain time?

Oh. That can't be done from the gui. I assumed your videos would be fragments. Tagging parts of videos is not really possible. You can make bookmarks, but no endings as far as i know.

OK. That answers my question.

Anyone knows a way to solve this?

It's a level of tagging that XBMC just isn't set up for. Sorry.
