XBMC detects movie iso's but NOT TV iso's --how to fix? - Jakobkraft - 2014-02-16 I have several TV shows ripped into ISO format from the DVDs, but XBMC doesn't detect them. My movie ISO files are detected perfectly. Is there a way I'm supposed to arrange the TV ISO files to make them work? As it is, I have my folders arranged the normal way TV Show-->Season Folder-->then ISO. Maybe I'm doing it wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated -- thanks in advance! I should have mentioned I'm a complete noob -- how do I do that? RE: XBMC detects movie iso's but NOT TV iso's --how to fix? - wgstarks - 2014-02-16 NFO file (wiki) Just follow the instructions for TV Show nfo files. It's basically just a text file that contains the url from TVDB. You can use TextEdit to create it. Make sure you save it in a UTF-8 format. Name it tvshow.nfo. And place it in the root folder for that tv show.
