re-compile XBMC for android - andy_hay911 - 2014-03-07

Would you please someone help me to understand how to re-compile XBMC for android ? I am a beginners on programming I know some about eclipse. I am ready to pay for time you spend to help me or donate for XBMC one of that you you preferred.


I need to my own XBMC android customization but I dont know how to start and repack the apk and change what ever I want and re-pack it to apk again if it is possible.

Piece of advice: If you're new to programming, xbmc is not the best place to start ;-)

Thanks I saw this URL but I am a bit confused I do have windows 8 on my computer and I dont have access to ubunt linux should I by a linux box or install any linux on my computer ? that is my bind point. Normally I do android application with eclipse.

I would be very appreciate if you will help me with this point.

you need linux. even if in a VM
