Delete Media File Fast - auscoop - 2014-04-13
I have a general question on deleting media files after watching them.
I am using a media computer running Linux with XBMC Gotham installed. I download my favorite TV shows on auto pilot and after I watch them I generally delete the file. Using my Logitech Harmony I have to use 10 key presses over 2 context menu screens to accomplish this. I just wanted to check if there is an easier/faster way to delete a media file in perhaps 1-2 key presses?

You can create a keymap (wiki) so a button directly does "delete". However, in your case I would recommend using the File Cleaner add-on. It can automate the deletion for you, and you can specify special rules so only certain things get auto deleted, and only under certain conditions.
