Gotham fire tv add ons won't download - schwang - 2014-05-09
I can't find an answer to this and I see others have had the same issue. Why won't Gotham download any add ons? I can't download skins or anything. The first time it appears to reach 100 per cent, then nothing. I try it again, and it always stops at 98 or99 and just sits there forever. I haven't had this problem with past versions of xbmc. I haven't done anything out of the ordinary with my setup, so I can't understand what the issue is.
Plz help! I'm stuck on Confluence!
Somehow it installed weather underground though! Nothing else of course!

Skins and addons installing fine from repo for me. 13.1b1, but has also worked fine on 13.0 release, and nightlies up to that point.
