Could you please advice what is the best torrent client "for" xbmc?

As in.. an Add-on? If so, I haven't found any to be too satisfactory. Though it's been about a year since I tried any.
If you're asking about a stand-alone client, I prefer Deluge.
if you want to get a copy of XBMC.. it's free at xbmc.org.
