Add On NextPvr "Lost Connection" - Klrdn - 2014-05-29
I'm new user trying to activate NextPvr from XBMC's Add On menu which promptly reports Lost Connection. I googled solution which was more confusing than the problem - something about subnet masks & servers ... but no procedure to follow.
What was supposed to happen - a download ?
I tried dl'ing the exe package & activating within XB, but it complained about "looking for a different package".
Can I just dl the exe & install as standalone?
How inform XB of npvr?

Do you have NextPVR installed and working, and have you scanned your tuner for channels? You need this before the XBMC NextPVR addon will work.
