locked sources + custom main menu - m1xm4ster - 2014-06-02
Hi!
I'm quite new to xbmc and there a two things that don't work for me.
First thing is that I always have to enter the master pin to enter my tv library (unlock sources). How can I permanently enable the sources? (all marks in the master menu are unchecked)
Second thing is that I can't activate a custom main menu entry in the aeon nox theme. The enable button is always greyed out.
Any help appreciated

Either disable master lock under XBMC -> Settings -> System -> Master lock
or find the file source under Videos -> Files, and bring up the context menu and select "remove lock"

I can't find my TV directory unter "Files". There are only "Movies" and my "External HDD".
But the other thing bothers me even more. I'd love to get sperate sections for Comedy and Documentaries.. But these custom buttons are greyed out.

If you're talking about the "Enabled" checkbox, it'll get enabled when you set an action for the menu item - choose "Default select action" to get started.
