I upgraded from Frodo to Gotham without incident. But when I updated Gotham to 14.0 ALPHA1 (Git:20140526-27770a3), my content scraper sources went away (see pic).
Is this by design in that I'm supposed to somehow reinstall them?

EDIT: Oops... just noticed I'm using Helix. Any suggestions?

Skin isn't updated properly (non default Confluence skin?) . Just install Gotham on top.

Check your addons folder if there is skin.confluence in there. If there is, remove it. Then reinstall.
Looks like something patched your confluence and you are now missing the updated version.
