Hi - This should be fixed in v3.6 (priority is going into PVR stuff for v3.5). There is a discussion about it with a workaround in the link below, but one thing I noticed is that it doesn't update the playlist until you restart kodi (maybe cause it's only modifying startup.xml).

I really like the flat style of your skin. I am using CCM for Helix at the moment. Because I miss some things in 1080XF.
There are some colorful menu items and there are just the grey ones. The contrast is to high for me! Would be great to have everything colored.
Also I find it difficult to not edit the Live TV and other menu's. I'd also like to have a shortcut to tv channels in the "tv show" section. That sort of customization...

Greetings eskay993 and thanks for the info/help. That thread must have slipped under my radar somehow and I’m glad to see that this issue will be fixed in the future updates. Looking forward to fill all my home screens with useful custom contents instead of being filled with many blank tiles/playlists as it is now.
That is a very good temporary workaround for now, I’ve set a timer for Kodi to restart itself when the system is idle in order to reload the startup.xml again since my HTPC is on 24/7.
Looking forward to the official 3.60.x updates by Piers. This skin has indeed the potential to become the new official Kodi skin in my opinion when all the minor bugs are fixed, I was really hoping that the default Confluence would be replaced after the XBMC>Kodi namechange along with the official Helix release, it is a useful and functional skin but feels very dated in this day and age. Did anyone ever address the question of not having all the + tiles on screen? That's the only thing that kind of takes away from the slickness of the skin for me.

I agree with Ahura as well. This could easily replace Confluence imo. My personal favorite is Bello but this skin could compete as last for me if I could get it to not display those + tiles.

You mean remove the + or the hole tile? Removing the tile would look crap imo.
Just put a nice icon as placeholder if you don't need the tile for a custom item.

I'm looking and the new version is being worked on - just busy with fixes, work and life so I'm not commenting as much.
Edit: There will be no option to remove additional tiles as it would completely ruin the flow of the skin.

It's not designed with Openelec in mind. However, if it works on the RPi, Linux and Windows (I've tested it on mine) then I see no reason why it shouldn't work on Openelec.

Just thought I'd provide an update, v3.40.71 has the following changes:
• New default icons for PVR types
• Adds Additional viewtype for Films/TV - Fanart, select using standard menu
• New OSD LiveTV Record Icons
• New OSD EPG Icon
• New OSD Channel Up/Down Icon
• New OSD Text Icon
• Adds Reload Skin option to Skin Settings
The next version to go the repo will be v3.50 - If you would like to test out the changes, download from my github.
I need screenshots from people using the PVR, screens of the EPG, Information when pressing 'I' whilst watching a channel as well as the channel layout. Thank you.

what hardware?
i had this skin running in 1080p on AMD E350 System as Well as a new 4 core kabini apu.
It was a bit slow on the 350 but is full 60fps on the kabini...
On OpnELEC of course.
