FTP UTF8=0 commands problem - dapper91 - 2014-06-12
Dear Developers
When i'm using FTP protocol to connect to a FTP Server which doesn't support utf8, "|utf8=0" command is appended at the end of a LIST command and it can't open a directory.

This problem appeared in 13.x (gotham) version. In 12.x everything worked correctly. Anybody can help please?
