Good afternoon, today is my first time on this forum and my problem is as follows. Buy a quad-core android everything works fine but for two days without explanation makes the screen put me in windowed mode and now I could not change it to full screen, the arrow did not trigger any option just get a screen that tells me if I want to preserve the resolution and not given but nothing changes, I tried reinstalling but it does not come out that way, I would know that I do, the device comes with xbmc beyond, I appreciate your cooperation and thank you very much

Try the "/" key, to exit windowed mode. The key will override the setting in settings like a toggle switch.
