good pvr backend server for android - raymondeast - 2014-07-01
i have a bluetimes x5 running android 4.2.2..iam reading and learning (new to xbmc) and i would like to add the pvr funtion...is there amy good pvr backend server that will work on it? i really dont card about recording just the live tv with the guide

I'm trying all different backends, and have to say that all windows pvr servers are still not fully functional, because of demuxing and other problems.
The best experience is using tvheadend; channel change 1-2 secs and no problems.
I think that vdr should be the same but didn't try myself.

Mythtv works well with a android tablet (tf201).
