Absolutely. The Win 8 licence alone would cost you $100 if you were to buy it separate.
Why buy an Android shit box when you can get a full blown PC for $160? It's a no brainier.

is this hardware good enough to run large files? (SBS 1080p 3D movies, 1080p MKVs around 10GB or occasionally 20-30GB)
the win8 is not a plus for me because I have bulk license that I can use.
in fact, it's a negative because it's not Pro.
The non-pro windows cannot be used for my purposes because of the asian language support.
