XBMC only play top left of picture - swardchill - 2014-07-28

From the homepage apps like show box all play full screen but when I use xbmc it only play the top left hand side of the image I have tried zooming out but this does not work. My TV is a Panasonic 3d. Is there a quick fix? Thanks Simon
