Questions about boxee with Boxee+ hack - tinpanalley - 2014-07-30
If anyone can answer these for me, I'd appreciate it..
1. The hack is installed on the device and I can then still read videos off my SMB shares on my home network and an external HDD as well, right?
2. If I install XBMC, is that a separate thing altogether or can it only be installed on a boxee+ base?

XBMC allows you to set s path to external sources with ease. From Video choose files and you can browse to the source name it and you'll have a menu option added. Very easy to do in XBMC.
