Have found the same issue on the default theme as you fixed on the classic theme with the age rating not fitting correctly.

Fixed the rating label, extended it a bit so it should fit now. If not, let me know.

There's no way (as far I'm aware of) to show wether a file could be played or not by the skin.
So, sorry I can't add a indicator or submenu item for items that aren't available.

That's not the problem... you can't access the widget when you're on the middle row...
If you press up or down you would simply go to the row below or above.
So, I can add option to use 3 rows of tiles (big and/or small) that's no problem but without widget support

Also do you think the "Menu" tabs around the edge of the screen & the up & down tabs on the home tiles should be a dark blue, like the footer, rather than black? they seem to stand out a bit too much for my liking.

Settings - Addons - choose a category (list of addons appears) - click on menu icon (menu appears) - press escape - going back to settings menu - click again on addons -> menu reappears automatically.

Today I've added a widget for the com collection browser to the skin.
Will be available in next update of the skin.
As I don't use RCB myself I couldn't test it so please give it a try and let me know.

I didn't proceed with styling the complete addon because there's no way to do this blind for me as I don't use the addon and have no knowledge about it. Will stay on my todo list (low prio) to setup RCB in my setup and then skin the windows and dialogs from RCB in Titan style.
