Automated download of torrented TV Shows - syedzq - 2014-08-11

Hello,
New to Kodi. I would like to have a system setup where I can automatically download all episodes of TV Shows I follow as they are available completely hands-free. Is there a way to do this (completely free-of-charge). I have seen some tutorials - I found them too hard to understand. Is this possible on Mac, and if so, how?

There is the TVShows app which is probably the easiest to set up.
http://tvshowsapp.com

And it's slightly older brother and paid version called 'Automatic':

You can use showrss.info + the Mac "Catch" app to subscribe to the showrss rss feed.

Not as easy to set up is the aforementioned Sickbeard, but it is fairly popular from what I heard around here.

Personally I use a mixture of the first three.
TVShows App because it's very easy to set up for tv shows.
Automatic for downloading Anime and other RSS feeds since it's pretty easy to set up an RSS feed filter, and to have my TV shows separate from my anime.
And I use the 'catch' app as a sort of back up in case the tv shows app might one day stop working, but this isn't really necessary, just my paranoia

Generally you should only need to use the TVShows app.
