So, where's DXVA2? - meimeiriver - 2014-08-21 I was trying to enable DXVA2, but I don't see any option for it (XBMC Gotham 13.2). According to the wiki, there's supposed to be an 'Allow hardware acceleration' section (on Playback), but there isn't. I have Intel 4600 video, btw. Funny thing is, DXVA2 does seem to be enabled somehow. Was watching Watchmen Blu-Ray today, and it says vc1-dxva2 in the OSD info, along with low CPU-usage (between ca. 0.8-4%). So, was DXVA2 option removed or something? Thanks. RE: So, where's DXVA2? - baijuxavior - 2014-08-21 You may be using the basic or standard settings level. Switch to advanced mode. RE: So, where's DXVA2? - DaVu - 2014-08-21 I would recommend "expert mode"...but it should be appear in "advanced", too. I'll look into those two modes. |
