Frodo on HTPC hp5740 and memory... - patripat - 2014-08-21 Hello everyone, being happy owner of a HP T5740 running windows xp embedded, i turned it into a media center with the help of xbmc. now, willing to watch live TV on it, i got an m3u playlist that i use with the pvr simple plugin, it works fine, but... every now and then, it is freezing, and i got to restart xbmc... i believe this is due to lack of internal memory, and my question is : is is possible to make it that everything that xbmc has to write on memory while watching live tv would go on a usb stick and wouldn't it become too slow? thanks in advance for your answers, best regards Pat RE: Frodo on HTPC hp5740 and memory... - DaVu - 2014-08-21 How much RAM do you have?
