streaming from pc/ipad to xbmc? (airplay?) - tizzy - 2014-08-24
Hi everyone, sorry if this has been asked in the past.
I am looking for a way to stream video from my PC/iPad to xbmc Linux (gotham). A family member has Comcast and gave me their xfinity login so I can now watch xfinity live TV from the TV go app on my iPad. I also have a login for NFL Sunday ticket, which I can also stream from pc/iPad when the season starts. When I try to use Airplay it tells me, "unable to play video." guessing this is because of the drm.
What is the best way to go about this? Should I just buy a micro-hdmi cable, plug the iPad directly into the TV, and use an alternate input?

UPDATE: so the Fox Sports Go app works via airplay, but nothing else.
