New TV Episodes Not Adding To Library - SmellyTooth - 2014-08-24

Hi Guys,

I've struggling with this issue for a while. I tried to troubleshoot myself but even google cant help. Sad

Gotham 13.2 isn't adding my new TV episodes to the library. I've checked my log file and it says there is no new content in the folder.

17:40:43 T:3088 DEBUG: VideoInfoScanner: No (new) information was found in dir

My Naming structure is Show Name\Show name Season 1\Show name S1E02 Episode name

The only way it adds the new episodes is if I add the entire directory as a new source and it does a new scan. This obviously takes a long time and doing so every-time I have 2 new episodes is insane.

Any advise or help would be appreciated. Funny thing is my Movies work perfectly.

What's the folder above this and have you set that as the main folder?

It's my Series folder and it is set as the main folder in the source.

So its J:\Series\Show Name\etc.

Switch on DEBUG, add a TV episode, Update Library, post log (see my signature).

I am starting to feel like an idiot. Rolleyes

I tried to upload but I get a script failed error.

Is there any other way I can show the log?

Try uploading it manually to Pastebin, then publish the link.
