13.2 OSX 64 advancedsettings.xml affects local trailers - ClueLessNoob - 2014-09-04 Hi all, I tested this several times, with default install deleted user directory and it keeps happening. So I have local trailers named movie-trailer.<ext> in each movie folder. I have for each movie a seperate folder. All movie folders are on a ubuntu server that shares those files via smb. the share is password protected. When I add an advancedsettings.xml file (http://wiki.xbmc.org/index.php?title=Advancedsettings.xml) to the user directory and that file only contains the settings described here: http://wiki.xbmc.org/index.php?title=Add-on:VideoExtras my local trailers are not being pick up right, they end up as movies. When I restart xbmc without advancedsettings.xml in place it works fine. Any idea what I need to do to get this working? Thanks RE: 13.2 OSX 64 advancedsettings.xml affects local trailers - mkortstiege - 2014-09-04 Looks like the wiki page is wrong. Please try with <excludefromscan action="append"> and let us know if it solves the problem. RE: 13.2 OSX 64 advancedsettings.xml affects local trailers - ClueLessNoob - 2014-09-04 thanks, that works great |
