Modular On-Demand Video Add-On and Modular Live TV Streaming Add-On? - azrael17 - 2014-09-04
I would like to have two separate add-ons:
1) An add-on that pulls live streams from OTA sources AND web streams and arranges them into a channel guide format. With some kind of modular format to add only the channels you would like. I'm not sure if this combination is possible using the current LiveTV.
2) A modular on-demand app that could handle streams from various websites. Something like Canada-on-Demand, except functional and cleaner with the non-functional streams removed.
I have no coding experience although I would be willing to try to put something together. Does anyone know if any add-ons exist that would serve these purposes, or would be useful in creating a new add-on that could do the job?
Or does anyone have any tips specific to this type of project?
