I posted this in the extendedinfo thread and it wasnt answered so im guessing it might be a skin problem, http://gfycat.com/QuickEmbellishedKillifish its just having the youtube addon popup instead of video trailer for the tv show/movie

Nice video Smile It is not something I'm aware off as i have not kept up to date with the changes in the extended info thread..I'll have a look though to see if it is something that needs to be changed skin side. My first guess would be that it does not...but I'm not sure at the moment.

If it helps im using the latest from Phil's git 2.0.3 not the 2.0.2 that's in the Kodi repo

Whoops! I missed that sorry, it gets hard keeping up with so many things..currently my open source world involves:

1. This skin
2. The MediaBrowser addon (previously known as XBMB3C)
3. Two apps for Roku
4. Development of a Samsung Smart TV app

So sometimes a gentle reminder will be needed.

That for sure is not by design...I remember a similar report a while back and could not reproduce it on either of my TVs that run at 1920x1080. I did however spot something strange when viewing on a laptop with a different resolution. Are the screenshots above from laptops/PCs with a different resolution?

Mine from PC at 1920x1080 screenshots just a bit cropped plus i use the grey colour from the appearance menu

Thanks, yes It does more noticeable with the grey colour.
Well I put mine into the grey colour and I cannot see it (unless my eyes are playing tricks)

It's frustrating when things are not reproducible.

@Nafi and @r.og - are either of you able to reproduce this on your machines?

If so can you try swapping the image in ViewTypesVideos.xml for the Viewtype-List from

<texture colordiffuse="PrimaryBG">windows/common/white.png</texture>

to something else to see if that texture is causing the unwanted shadow effect?

I'm at 1920x1080 as well, and I was the one who reported this before too, which is still not fixed.

There's one last thing, you're using the old "radio-light-fo.png" and "radio-light-nf.png" from the old Xperience1080 textures as defaults as you added them to the /extra/icons folder specifically.

The menu where we choose the service of subtitles is not possible to see the dial. Can anyone verify? As soon as possible put a print what I mean.

I didnt really notice it until you pointed it out now that's all i see Sad

im85288 the screenshots above are from a fresh install of the skin had also deleted my guisettings.xml before installing the skin again hoping it would help and i still have the fade effect

Good news guys, I reproduced it on my laptop. Works perfectly if your using OpenElec, which I do for my main clients.

Now I just need to work out how to solve it....

I'd like to be able to remove it or replace with one of my own so it looks more like the tv and calendar icons i have on the left
