Why will these RSTP stream not play in simple IPTV PRV - peterbl - 2014-09-19
They play great in VLC but once put in to the m3u file and loaded on pvr IPTV does not play at all is there a reason ? or somthing i am doing wrong ?

Confirmed...play in VLC but not XBMC.
Sorry, don't know why...just wanted to confirm and would like to know why also.
