Since I used my new email adress the submission didn't go through.
I'm postponing a bit so I can include your two PR's but they need to be cleaned up - they contain a commit which I made, which should be impossible.
I presume you might have pulled that commit instead of just rebasing your branch ?!
If you fix it locally you can force push to github and it should update to only show your three commits in each.

Thanks again for the commits and all your work. Feel free to include updates to changelogs by the way - but don't commit updates to the version, because I want to leave those in a seperate commit which is the one I submit to the mailing list and tag as a version.
