tsbuffer size - tomakas123 - 2015-03-08

How to setup the max tsbuffer size, because I'm holding it in ramdrive, but tsbuffer is growing all time, I think after an half day of watching the SSD will be full too. After the memory of SSD is full Kodi just stops Live TV.

At present there's no maximum size. The buffer will just grow until the next channel switch.

Shit Smile This means that I need at least 16Gb. of ramdrive Smile

Probably Wink

Implementing a ringbuffer is on my todo-list but since I've enough free diskspace myself, it isn't really high priority.

Why don't You place Your tsbuffer file on the dvbviewer machine? Works like a charm for me, even with my Raspberry Pi 2 Smile
