scroll wheel doesn't scroll always - Dimitree - 2015-06-29
hello,
I have a problem with the mouse scroll wheel,
in my plot textbox I can't scroll with the mouse wheel except if I put the mouse pointer on the scrollbar texture (on the right of the plot text), if I put the mouse pointer on the plot text, it doesn't scroll anymore.
Why does this happen?
