Thanks for sharing. I viewed his youtube channel and he has some other great computer tutorials. Not necessarily Kodi related, but good ideas. I personally like his back up button. An HTPC doesn't need anywhere near that kind of GPU/CPU power, so passive cooling is possible with a wide variety of smaller cases without a need to mod.
