Is there a plan to include MacGyver's now playing window mod?
It is a window in the bottom left corner of the skin that is visible when the skin is visible. It's great when you want to see "what else is on"

I'm not really sure what you're referring to. A screenshot or link to the commit that makes the change would be helpful.

Here are a couple screenshots. You'll see the "now playing" window in the lower left corner. It's a great feature when you are browsing. It of course update to the 'current' now playing when you select something else.
I'm sorry but I'm not sure what a commit is or where to find it.

Oh, I thought you meant some PVR thing. What you want is already in Metropolis. You enable it in Settings->Metropolis->General->Enable Video/Album Art overlay.
