Kodi 16.1 - Pictures still crashing - shutterskull - 2016-03-14
Pictures is still crashing if you have lots of photos. All versions of Kodi/xbmc prior to 16.0 have been able to handle this.
This happens on Windows 10 and also on Android. Haven't tested any others.

Are they all in one folder?

Devs know about it, extremely large folders with a large amount of files seems to trigger it. Let's hope someone looks at in the Krypton launch.
