Xofluence Skin - swashy - 2016-04-07
Downloaded the skin last night onto Android tablet and made my build which I was pleased with
When I woke up this morning to continue it has completely refreshed back to the start
Any ideas why and if this can be fixed
Im using Kodi 16

Exactly the same thing happened here. There was some kind of update to the skin, at least that's the pop up I got,
but if I have to rebuild everything each time there's an update..well I'm not exactly a fan of that to say the least.

Most likely kodi didn't shut down properly - that's when skin settings are written.
Read the last few pages of the xonfluence thread - Helly has added an option to reload the skin after making changes, which should mean skin settings are written then.
It's not (just) a xonfluence issue - there are multiple reports of the same issue around the forum on different skins - since Jarvis, when the writing behaviour changed.
I've never been able to reproduce the problem.
Oh and back up addon_data > skin.xonfluence > settings.xml to be sure - if you lose your settings again restore it when kodi's not running.
