I already have the softmod on my xbox with ALOT of games. 200gb hd.
I want ot install media center , will it overwrite my games, if so . how do I go about it?

No, it won't overwrite your games, check out the wiki, all info needed is there.

That said though... things can be a little different when using a softmod(Maybe you need to install it to a specific dashboard folder or something), Check out xbox-scene.com for info on softmods.
