Ok, thank you. Once it's available, will it just show up in the Add-ons section or will there be a need to install the plugin manually?

AMT Lite should pop up automatically not too far away.
The full AMT script is a bit trickier due to the binaries it needs to work (which then get into platform specific issues etc.)

Simply craft your own repo.xml file(s) and place in plugin resources\repositories folder.

How to install SVN Repo Installer in new XBMC Nightly Builds?
I can see there`s a new Addons system with not too much addons and I really miss SVN Repo Installer
I know Addons system is going to be a good thing, but till then I need SVN Repo Installer...
Please give me some suggestion and excuse me if I`m uninformed...

I don't think the SVN Repo has been made as an addon yet. Maybe in the new XBMC 10.05 (codename "Dharma") release it will.

There are no standard folders plugins.
