ProjectM, the Milkdrop visualisation alternative - herg - 2007-12-16
Hey, most of you probably already know this, but it was news to me. The ProjectM visualization is compatible with Milkdrop presets. Just unzip the *.milk files in the XBMC/visualisations/projectM/ directory, and voila!
I had played with ProjectM before, but all I got was the red oscilloscope, so I dismissed it.

Yeah this was in the changelog all those years ago
should probably mention it inthe readme at some point
