PC reverts to "strange" screen overnight? - sealilly - 2017-01-28 Hey all, PC connected to TV via HDMI. Full screen ok, but when i turn on tv after overnight, its mostly my Windows & desktop with a very small, vertical window for Kodi that's barely legible. I cant get it back to full with remote without closing Kodi and restarting. Any tips, suggestions, solutions for this? I would like to run Kodi 24/7 on PC and be able to bring it up instantly when I change TV input. Thanks all. RE: PC reverts to "strange" screen overnight? - PatK - 2017-01-28 This issue involves handshaking between your PC and the TV, and falls under HDCP https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/High-bandwidth_Digital_Content_Protection the work around Displays (wiki) and http://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=158432 RE: PC reverts to "strange" screen overnight? - sealilly - 2017-01-28 Thank you Patk, researching now.... |
