Kodi doesn't clean library anymore - mmz77 - 2017-08-24 I to all, My first post about this problem has been deleted because I've in my kodi some banned repository and plugins, I've totally removed them, then I've reproduced the log. The problem is: I realized, now, that my kodi doesn't clean library (Movies and TV Series) anymore. I don't know when this problem is raised for the first time, but now Kodi doesn't clean, for sure. I've uploaded here my kodi.log, I've deleted it before doing this, then you can read a totally new log file. ---> https://www.pastebin.ca/3858493 Can anyone help me ? I give you some more info: I run Kodi 17.3 on a mac mini MacOS Sierra 10.12.6 Late 2014 CPU: i5 Ram: 8GB Thanks in advance. RE: Kodi doesn't clean library anymore - Klojum - 2017-08-24 Normally, the only reason that entries do not get deleted is that movie/tvshow fullpath file entries in the database are still accessible to Kodi. You have content via SMB, but there is also a lot of "crap" in the log file on UPNP stuff. Is Platinum [platinum.core.service] something from an addon or is it internal MacOS stuff? Because if you don't use UPnP, I'd say switch it off. For now, not much was there to clean: Code: NOTICE: CleanDatabase: Starting videodatabase cleanup .. RE: Kodi doesn't clean library anymore - mmz77 - 2017-08-24 The problem is exactly that... my kodi on my macmini points via smb to my NAS where I have my movies and TV Series. I've deleted some TV Series from my NAS but Kodi still keep them in my library. I've noted that the cleaning library procedure is very fast, too fast if I match it with the timing I remember months ago (when all was working). I've also noted the "crap" about upnp but, as you can see in this image http://take.ms/kqqqt the upnp service is disabled. Are there other position I've to check to eliminate this crap in my log? RE: Kodi doesn't clean library anymore - mmz77 - 2017-08-24 Ah, and I don't know what platinum is... I'm googling it but I can't find anything familiar, I've looked for it in my addons folder but it isn't there RE: Kodi doesn't clean library anymore - mmz77 - 2017-08-31 I'm here again... I tried some "things" to reach a working situation: - I've installed latest version of Kodi: 17.4 - I've removed all my sources - cleaned the library (and it has been cleaned) - re-added my sources - re-scanned all my media (film and tv shows) The situation was clean, I had all and only the films and tv shows that were in my sources. I tried then to delete a movie from the NAS file system and clean the library, the movie has been removed from my Library. I think "Fantastic!"... Yesterday I've removed some other movies and tv shows, I cleaned my library and the movies and tv shows are already there I don't know what I can do. Here my last pastebin log (I tried to uninstall the titan skin to avoid the platinum core error but it doesn't work, I don't know why that error are there) https://pastebin.com/embed_js/7u2dyqfM |
