What are you trying to "set up"? You've posted in the picture add-ons section, are you sure you've posted in the correct place?

sorry, i just downloaded the koi to my tv, and I'm trying to set it up, and its asking for add on providers

Still not quite clear what you are trying to do. Providers for what?
Kodi doesn't ask for anything, you point it to where your media is stored. You can also browse the add-ons in the official repository. If you're new, start here:

Where did you get your install files from, and what (if anything) have you added to it since?
