It was a problem with the config files.. copied from a working box and it works great.. is this project dead and if so is there a comparable one? I am using it now and it is awesome but still unstable on WM 6.5 (using a dell axim x51v)

Also looking for a new source for the cabs. The links in this thread are dead and I have tried to search all over the internet for new ones. If someone can please post a rapidshare or other link it would be appreciated.

has anyone got this working on windows mobile 6.5, I keep getting a .NET compact framework error...

and some working links would be lovely.. especially for the .CAB's.

failing those, a link to a working file that does the job as nicely and efficiently as the one in this thread....

got it working after updating to .NET CF 3.5......

which version will i need for the Toshiba TG01.. its got a 800x400 screen or something silly like that..

cany anyone tell me the propper address for the app to connect to the xbox?

i have tried 192.168.0.22:80 which is the IP of the xbox and port for the web server..

am i missing something?

- blittan - 2010-01-05

if you are running on linux, guess the port is 8080..

have you enabled it in settings?

also is it accessible with a browser?

iHawk Wrote:I have to correct myself... version 0.8 runs perfectly on WM 2003 SE now Smile For the lazy I have created CABs of both versions. Best to be used with CabViaActiveSync:

xbrunzmc_0.8_QVGA.cab

xbrunzmc_0.8_VGA.cab

unfortunately these links seem to be down. does anyone still have these files available to run this application on WM2003?

- blittan - 2010-01-31

perhaps skip the :80 since it's default port for http? otherwise, can you access it via browser in the phone? your phone might not be correctly set up..

- donabi - 2010-02-01

can anyone re-upload those cab files?

- blittan - 2010-02-01

donabi: seen this? http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=68330&highlight=windows+mobile

This is actually a very usefull program. I tried it the other night. I saw the remote link above that blittan linked, but that is only a remote replacement for remote control. This is a lot different, as you can navigate through your database of file's and start any video or music without even looking at the screen (change and control from anywhere in the house.), as well as control start/pause/stop. It's pretty amazing, and hope to see much more development on this. Granted it's been slow for a little time still now, everyone needs to take breaks now and then. I am using with WM6.5

Yes the links are dead, however you can grab the rar files a few pages ago, and unzip them to a directory of your choice on your phone, and run the file to load it up. It works fine, and well!!
