Hi Voinage,

The site http://www.canalplus.fr seems very complex for me so I do not know if this is possible to make a plugin for it.

I would realy appreciate and enjoy if you can.

Thanks for all your work.

No need for appologies Vin. You are but one man. Also your holliday will prompt a lot more folks to get on with learning how to code plugins - which will be a great thing for the community in the long run!Wink

Voinage Wrote:Thanks for the sticky.

My time is limited and when i come back to look for a requests they are gone or my headspace has wavered. If they lived in one place i can work on them like a list.

Thankyou,

I will look into all the requests, no time limit though.

Once posted and time allows, mainly the weekends you will see some progress.

Voin.
First off I just want to say thank you for all that you do!
I come here every now and then to check out your new projects, Much respect.

I did just get an email from the guys over at joost.com Theyused to have a client side program to stream their stuff, but they now stream via an embedded flash player. It would be great to see a plug-in for that site.

Once again, thank you. The xbox scene wouldn't be as glorious without you. Big Grin

First off thanks for all the hard work you put in- helps make XBMC even more amazing!

Any chance of a plugin to play p2p video via 'SopCast' or 'ppmate' so that I can watch the footy when it's broadcast over the internet on chinese TV?

Thanks in advance,
Ed

I know I used to do this with pplive It's another chinese peer to peer tv program.

what I used to do was launch the program and then stream it straight to xbmc.

I forget what port I used but all i had to do was setup my network with static IP's and then create an strm file with my desktop's ip adress in it.

it worked great. I used to watch some crazy ass gameshows. I didn't know what they were saying... But it was cool to watch.

-I'm too cheap for cable, and too smart for ad's.

Yeah that would be a great addition - I've been looking for something like that for ages myself. You can stream from tvants and tvuplayer easily enough (although I find it sometimes just cuts off for some reason and you have to try and run the stream again).

There was a sopcast remote project (think it was called sopremote) running for xbmc a while back which kind of worked but I lost the file and can't seem to find it anywhere now. If anyone can come across this file again I'd very much appreciate it - I have found the .exe one for PC but need the python script.

JustinTV would also be another great addition if anyone knows how? http://www.justin.tv/directory?category=sports

Thanks in advance Voinage! Great work with all your plugins mate we all appreciate it.

An update - I've managed to find an application that you run on the PC which then streams Sopcast directly to your xbox (no need to install any scripts). Search for sopcastX and when you install it in the options tab there is "Xbox Media Center Options" which you just enter the IP address for your xbox. Once you open a stream it will play directly on your xbox. Still, if anyone has a chance to make a plugin for sopcast streams that would be better still as I wouldn't have to get off my sofa to change the channel!

Thanks for all this Voinage!

Could you maybe do a script for: http://www.ted.com

They have so many amazing speeches.

There was a script but it's not working anymore with the latest XBMC, sadly:

Hey Voinage,

Is it possible to make some kind of plugin for us, Fantasy sports guys (ESPN website).. so instead of loggin on our PC, we can do it all from xbmc and show it on our TV.

http://games.espn.go.com/frontpage/football

I can provide you with a password\username for a espn league if you need.
