has the apple trailers lite plugin stopped working for anyone else?
Not working tonight, internet is working fine and nothing has changed on my system (trailer plugin was working fine last night)

Yup mine has stopped working too. On beta 11 here under ubuntu.
interestingly the full apple trailers script works fine, its the plugin that doesnt seem to do anything!

Just checked it again tonight. Net is up, I can view trailers from the apple trailers script but the lite plugin doesnt do anything when selected from the videos plugin menu.
Also the latest trailers option in the "full" trailers script seems to be out of date. I'd suspect the two are connected and its something to do with the latest trailers option thats causing the issue.
Again, I'm running on the beta and this is under ubuntu Karmic.

I deleted the directory \userdata\plugin_data\video\Apple Movie Trailers Lite and it started working in XBMC for windows. I will give it a try in XBMC Live.

As I posted in another thread last night / this morning
I ran a mythbusters plugin, cancelled that then tried the trailers plugin and it worked 
So not entirely sure what went on there but I'll keep an eye on it. The clearing a temp directory idea makes a lot of sense but its rather odd all the same :confused2:

thanks that seems to help here too. I deleted ~/.xbmc/userdata/plugin_data/video/Apple Movie Trailers Lite
and after that it worked again.

I grabbed the latest from the repo, running SVN r2666 on a Win7(x64) machine.
I've noticed that regardless of what directory I set the script to download to in the settings, it always downloads and saves the trailers in:
C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\XBMC\userdata\Trailers
The trouble is I like to have the latest 50 +/- trailers downloaded for use with the HTE plugin. Unfortunately, there's not enough room on that drive to store the trailers. All attempts to change the save folder and drive through the settings have failed. Is this hard-coded somewhere in the plugin where it can be manually changed, or perhaps another reason why a default directory would take precedence over the user selected directory?
My knowledge of python is limited, so I thought I should ask before tinkering with the code. Any help is appreciated.

Because every time a trailer ends, I return to the list view. But everything is empty! I can only see the background. I can access the plugins settings etc., but I can't see or select a trailer. When I go to the XBMC main menu and then back to the Apple Movie Trailers Script everything works again.
P.S: what's the advantage of the Plugin over the Script?
I get this occasionally too.. mainly it's just portions of the screen that go missing, and odd occasions the entire screen is wiped with only background showing..
