its just a DMG that you install and you can fly fly away...

There's a README.osx sitting in SVN with some info. Perhaps you could take that as a base and add your experiences?

Ah, I had tried osxbmc.org for the longest time and was just getting a lame 'parked domain' page. I just installed the latest build I found there and I am sooo psyched about how smooth this seems on my MBP !

Hopefully Team-XBMC should have our own DMG APP of XBMC for Mac releases out relativly soon, until then you will have to compile your own from the SVN (or ask someone else to compile it for you).
