I of have an MXQ Pro G9CX OTT Amlogic S905X quad core ARM the Cortex-A53 penta-core Mali-450MP GPU 750MHz +
1GB DDR3 - 8GB flash eMMC (android 6) that wont accept any connection via putty, winscp, putty, flashfxp , ftp/sftp/ssh etc. I have downloaded sftp virtual file system but nothing will connect. Any ideas?

Better to ask the manufacturer or seller where you bought the device from.
I don't see how this is a Kodi problem and you also don't post any Kodi log.
