Im using XBMC on Ubuntu, and waiting for my new Geforce 9400 to use in the HTPC.

But I now wanted to try XBMC on my Window7 PC, and there I got a Geforce 8800 GT, and DXVA works for me with MPC-HC.

Now I wanted to try the hw-acc in XBMC and downloaded your version. But I cant choose any hw-acc in "render". That I can in the Ubuntu-version I got...

Whats the differens?

No gpu assist for playback in XBMC for windows. Linux is using VDPAU, not DXVA.
