kricker Wrote:Is there any reason for this kind of post! NO!
No. There is no reason. I hope this goes and for Wiso too. Not only for me.

kricker Wrote:Did you read the opening post to this thread?! I bet not. It appears you are not doing much reading whatsoever. This is for discussing these 3rd party builds. Not feature request.
Correct me if i am wrong but i read many request in this thread and they didn't have that kind of answer like me : "If you want it, go and code it"

kricker Wrote:You obviously don't understand the difference between a request ticket and a patch ticket and what SVN builds are.
Οbviously. Is that wrong ?

kricker Wrote:You are the one way off the mark here. Wiso simply informed you that it isn't a patch, therefore it can't be added to an SVN build.
Maby. But the tone was.....No

kricker Wrote:To take that kind of tone and attitude is not welcome. Go find your solution and not share, better yet if that is the kind of attitude you'll have then just go.
BlushBlushBlush
I apologies for my attitude. It was wrong and a result of a momentary anger from reading Wiso's answer.

Anyway...sorry again for disturbing the tread with this stupid argument.

Nessus, relax dude. All that stuff you posted before "I apologies for my attitude" would not be necessary, if you truly were sorry.

Anyways......... Let me again, take this time to say thanks to kricker and ikons for there continuous support, especially their builds and support of them.
Also to all the others that make XBMC possible, like the one they call "WiSo".
There are many of us out there that appreciate every minute of the time you folks donate.
THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!
BIOYAM.

nessus Wrote:What about this track ?

Can you implement that to the Babylon Beta 1 ?

Nothing more from me. I am FULL !!! Big Grin

Had to reply to this in order to clarify that the Xbox did this in hardware to nessus.

My DTS Xplosion soundcard does exactly the same thing with Dolby AC3 and also encodes to DTS - All revisions of XBMC work as it is done at the hardware level. Best bet is get a card like this from http://www.auzentech.com/
Software implementations that can do Real time encoding to AC3 like the AC3 filter are buggy and lack decent quality to be of much use.

Azzx thanks for the info. I have i mind some solution like that but as last resort. For now i just use these two method's for watching movies with AAC codec :
Method-1: I convert the movies from AAC to AC3 with this tool
Method-2: I am using this external player that does the realtime conversion flawlessly.

Of course the best solution would be XBMC to do it alone, without any need of the above.

Can this patch implemented to one of the next SVN Builds ?

These builds don't need any previous XBMC installation! But you can install these builds over an existing installation Smile.
