PVR client addon for "Sledovanitv.cz PVR Client" ships with Kodi v18 (Leia) and most other PVR client addons already have their own subforums for seperate help and support discussions.

I think that seperate subforum every PVR client addon helps to spread awareness.
PS: Off-topic but FYI; looks like this PVR client add-on is missing from the official kodi-pvr repository/project at https://github.com/kodi-pvr
