Ticket #5492 RTMP url parsing bug for url that contains semi-colon - BlueCop - 2008-12-28
This post is referring to ticket 5492
After some research i have found that correct way to pass the PlayPath and PlayURL to rmtp without this patch.
I detail a little more in post 145 and post 147 in the hulu script thread.
I have uploaded the modified script and this patch shouldn't be needed.
I hope this the correct place to post this. sorry if it isn't

The correct way would be closing the ticket with the right information and informing the script author.
