Cheap laptop blu-ray optical drives - TomJensen - 2009-02-02
Go to eBay and search for 'sony bc-5500a'. Apparently the 5500 series (PATA connector) has been superceded by the current 5600 series (slim SATA), and the 5500 is how surplused onto eBay. Compared to USD$310 for the 5600, the 5500 can be bought at $99, or from auction at probably around $60-70. Since we were yakking about mini-ITX boxes, I thought this will go well with that ULTIMATE SUPA DUPA box y'all are building heheh.
