XBMC and VMC Coexist? - nchall - 2009-02-09
Is Eventghost the best solution to allow one remote to control XBMC and Vista Media Center? I had been using IR Server Suite but it doesn't seem to work very well.
Basically I would like to start XBMC and not have to worry about accidentally starting VMC and vice-versa. From reading a bunch of posts it seems like I can do this with Event Ghost and a "Global Context" instance.
I am using an HP Media Center Remote like this one:
and an eHome receiver on Vista 32.
Does this seem like I am headed in the right direction?
